New ECO: fillet of smoked mackerel

«Meridian-ECO» presents new product - tasty fillet of smoked mackerel in spices. Like other products of this premium line, the smoked mackerel is distinguished by its natural composition, with no use of preservatives, dyes, taste enhancers. Using sea salt, smoked on natural alder wood and a collection of fragrant spices create a truly unique product, both in composition and taste characteristics.

The product is represented by three tastes:

• Lemon pepper - sweet pepper in combination with a delicate citrus aroma.

• Spicy paprika - mix of red and green paprika, mustard and cumin seeds.

• Fragrant parsley is a classic combination of juicy fragrant greens, garlic and sweet paprika.

Mackerel refers to valuable fish species - it contains big amount of irreplaceable omega-3 fatty acids. In addition, due to the high content of vitamins and microelements, mackerel is often recommended for healthy and dietary nutrition to maintain the necessary level of nutrients in the body.

It should be noted that only Russian selective Atlantic mackerel from the coast of Murmansk is used in production. Autumn is the traditional season for catching mackerel, during this period the fish fills its maximum weight, becomes fatty, juicy and especially tasty.
