New: Herring in mayonnaise sauces

«Meridian» presents two long-awaited new products - fillets-pieces herring in mayonnaise and mayonnaise-mustard sauces.

            This home-cooked recipe is very popular throughout Russia, as an alternative to the traditional salad «herring under the fur coat».

Herring in mayonnaise is characterized by a very delicate taste and optimum salt content. The classic taste of the Provencal sauce softens the taste of fish, and adds a pleasant piquancy. Herring with mustard will be most preferred for those who loves spicy taste.

In production we use fat Pacific herring of large size. Mayonnaise sauce also can be used as a good addition to side dish, to make taste brighter.

Herring is a good source of vitamins A, D, and B12. It is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are necessary for normal growth and cell repair.
