New ECO: salmon terrine!
«Meridian-ECO» presents new product - salmon terrine, traditional recipe from France.
Terrine (French name) - is a meat, fish, or vegetable mixture that has been cooked or otherwise prepared in advance and allowed to cool or set in its container, typically served in slices form. The name of the product comes from the name of a container used for a terrine, typically of an oblong shape and made of earthenware.
Fish with vegetables are baked by "water bath", so the products retain their natural color and taste, as well as most of the vitamins and trace elements. In producing terrines is used Far Eastern pink salmon, that is rich with omega-3 fatty acids.
There are three tastes:
Salmon terrine with vegetables - sweet carrots, green peas and young spinach are perfectly combined with pink salmon, making the dish not only tasty, but also useful
Salmon terrine with dried tomatoes and basil - sun dried tomatoes and fragrant basil give a spicy note, making the dish incredibly tasty.
Salmon terrine with greens - a classic combination of tender salmon, green dill and ground sweet pepper.
Like other products of premium ECO line, terrines are distinguished by its natural composition, with no use of preservatives, dyes, taste enhancers. In the composition are only natural products, so the shelf life is only 20 days.
The terrine is a cold appetizer and good for sandwiches. A thin slice of terrine on crispy bread is tasty snack with useful for health.
