It's produced of Russian wild Far Eastern red salmon, caught off the coast of Kamchatka. The meat of this fish has dark red color, which it acquires by eating crustaceans-calanids. The taste is different than other salmon fish - it's brighter, with pleasant bitterness. Smoking gives an appetizing aroma and harmoniously complements the taste of red salmon, making it even richer.

Red salmon is a wild fish that is caught in ecologically clean waters of ​​Kamchatka. It contains a unique composition of vitamins and trace elements useful for health, rich in polyunsaturated acids OMEGA-3.

Like other products of premium ECO line, red salmon is distinguished by its natural composition, with no use of preservatives, dyes, taste enhancers. We use the technology of «dry salting» - each fillet is hand-poured by sea salt, it helps to save natural wealth of fish.
