From 22 to 28 April, more than 100 manufacturers from more than 30 regions of Russia will present the festival visitors a diverse range of quality fish of Russian origin.

Following the trends of the food market in the rejection of preservatives, "Meridian" modified formulation of surimi-based products and completely excluded preservatives from the crab sticks.

"Meridian" product range has expanded with salted and smoked red salmon. Product is made of large wild salmon catches in the Russian Far East, off the coast of Kamchatka.
